Welcoming a newborn foster parents baby when the birth giving girl does not recognize the father

Undoubtedly there exists a girl that has sufficient resources and skills to bring up a child by her own, like a needle in a haystack can be found. More often the grandmother belittles her daughter because of the girls attempt to be a mother. Two small children deliver grandma a chance to escape from midlife crisis but gives them a traditional parenting style that goes back 30 years and the inability to keep up with the pace of society. On MTV is a series where the repression of girls by such mothers can be seen. According to statistics, having a child without both biological parents -just as poverty and ethnic origin- gives a poor upbringing, subsequent decline in human capital and social and economic crisis which we now have to face.

Since 2005, Child In Stress acts for the recognition of the involved fathers. In traditional regions such as the dutch provinces of drenthe, limburg and parts of gelderland, the european human rights law and the UN treaty on the rights of children is not recognized even by some professionals and this usually leads to only meager visitation rights between father and child. Not working organizations that should do justice to the father do not guarantee a decent parenthood for every child. Later in the child's life, during school period, the defects of this type of parenting becomes manifest and nowadays more and more children come under the superintendency of child welfare and even are removed from the home of the mother, driven by employment- and commercial interests of youthcare.

Educational result after the costly youthcare is poor, the taxpayers should help out the spills of human capital and the increasing goverment spendings. By erosion of fathers' rights, more and more men even decide not to want children. This results in a decreasing number of young people in the population (the famous aging trend) while countries such as china en india have a strong population growth. Dutch european affairs secretary of state Frans Timmermans says that the lack of population growth is a concern to the european committee.

Child In Stress therefore considers a change of policy. If a girl refuses to recognize the father, together with the father a decision is made to transfer the baby to a foster family. The baby immediately after birth is welcomed in the foster family, resulting in good adhesion- and educational attainment. The demand for young babies by foster parents is big.

Since last year the adopting of children from the united states of america by two men is no longer possible and at the other hand the parenting skills of homo celebrities such as Paul de Leeuw and Peter van de Vorst are undisputed. It is logical to also allow foster parenting for two loving fathers. In this way child welfare by christian-like organisations can be avoided and the child grows up in a safe environment with two parents with at least one father. Often in these situations the child was conceived by young lovers that were not able to make the choice for marriage and the transfer of the baby to the foster family makes the begetters free from obligations which are too hard to fulfill.

Abandonment of a baby calls on backbiting of outsiders and institutions, the privacy of the biological mother and father is harmed. The exploration activities of police after an abandonment in 2009 show that it is difficult for these people to remain anonymous. There is too much a tendency to force the birth-giving couple to play the role of a single mother, youthcare surveillance or even psycho-social treatment is imposed.

A new design of the procedure reduces the penetrating fiom-repression on sensible people. Privacy and the baby's transfer to foster parents deserve protection, where the begetters are not punished or have to pay for years.
